The team

Six providers. One standard of care.

Founded by Michael and Mary Staszak in 2010, the clinic has grown into a six-provider Doctor of Physical Therapy team — backed by licensed massage therapists, Pilates instructors, and wellness staff. Each provider brings depth to a different corner of rehabilitation, and every patient benefits from the whole team's expertise.

Continuity of care
You will see the same provider through your plan of care — not a rotating cast. The PT who evaluates you is the PT who progresses you.
One coordinated team
PT, massage, Pilates, personal training, and nutrition under one roof. When your case calls for more than one discipline, they actually talk to each other.
Evidence-based, always
Every treatment plan is grounded in current best practice — not habit, not a template, and never a prepaid package you do not need.
Two Eugene locations
488 E 11th Ave and 1835 Pearl St. Same team culture, same standards — you choose whichever is closer.
